Other favorite classic movies such as Holiday Inn, White Christmas, The Shop Around the Corner, and Christmas in Connecticut are ready to be streamed via VUDU. So, even if I am away from home, I can still watch my favorite holiday classic movies on the go! These types of oldies but goodies take me back to a simpler time in life when movies where more peaceful, family friendly, and entertaining.
Lights on the Lake
Imagine two miles of breathtaking larger than life holiday displays with thousands of twinkling lights shining in the cold winter night. Our family piles in the Jeep every year to drive-through the magical winter wonderland of lights displayed along the Onondaga Lake Park. The Lights on The Lake sets the mood of the Christmas season and has become a beloved tradition. Paired with Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker piping through the truck’s stereo speakers, the festival of lights and peaceful music is a beautiful holiday treat for the eyes, ears, and soul!
