Target Wedding Catalog makes pre-wedding celebrations spectacular & Giveaway! #TargetWedding

Target Rehearsal Dinner

This post is brought to you by our friends at Target. However, all opinions and content are my own. For more inspiring stories and wedding fun, follow along with #TargetWedding.

Accuse me of being a hopeless romantic, but I love weddings!  The big event is one of life’s most memorable and celebrated moments. From seeing the bride in her beautiful wedding dress, witnessing the adoring vows exchanged between the bride and groom, to the fun reception, I cannot get enough of weddings.  Yet, I have to confess I enjoy the pre-wedding parties leading up to the ceremony the best like the Engagement, Bridesmaids Luncheon, Showers, Bachelorette Party, and Rehearsal Dinner.  My favorite of all the get-togethers is the Rehearsal Dinner.  The dinner is usually hosted by the groom’s or bride’s parents the night before the wedding and has an intimate, casual, and comfortable atmosphere.  It is a good time to get to know everyone participating in the ceremony and a perfect opportunity for both sides of the families to get acquainted.  The occasion is even quainter if the dinner is held at a family member’s home, since it gives a personal “get to know you” touch.

The last Rehearsal Dinner I attended was years ago and took place at an extravagant Chinese restaurant.  The atmosphere was uptight and the distraction of the service was a big downfall.  It would have been so much more picturesque if they would have had the dinner at someone’s home and the meal catered or personally prepared by members of the party.  Not to mention, they would have saved a boatload of money and made the special night spectacular by purchasing some of the items needed to host the Rehearsal Dinner out of Target’s Wedding Catalog, which features literally everything needed for planning wedding events.

Back and August, I told you a bit about the Target Wedding Registry that offers a variety of traditional and non-traditional registry items and how this year’s Target Wedding theme is “Be Yourself, Together,” which celebrates the individual qualities each person brings to a relationship, that when combined , results in something uniquely wonderful.  Keeping within the realm of the theme, I could select several products from the Target Wedding Catalog which would help create the idealistic Rehearsal Dinner.  But if I had to narrow my choices down to just two or three items it would be the

Target Wedding Catalog and
Target Wedding Catalog

These two items are necessities to throwing the most successful event and allow guests to enjoy their favorite beverages. The Keurig K75 Special Edition Home Brewing System lets the bride brew a soothing cup of coffee or tea while the groom downs a few martinis out of his Libbey Classic Martini Glass to cure the wedding jitters.  Each product alone is fantastic, but together they make the ultimate rounded party.

Another product that would be fantastic to have during the dinner is the SodaStream Source Soda Maker! This gem turns water into fizzy, great tasting soda or refreshing sparkling water in under 30 seconds.  The stylish machine is fun and easy to use and guests would have a blast whipping up their own delicious drink!  It also makes a wonderful conversation piece and instant icebreaker, which is essential for every successful party.

From elegant dishes, stunning flatware, bakeware, cookware, to cameras that are ready to capture the precious moments, Target has everything needed to create the picture-perfect pre-wedding celebration that exemplifies who you are!  All at affordable prices!
