OH YEA! My Coconut Bunny arrived!  No, it’s not a chocolate bunny filled with coconut.  What is it?  It’s Crazy Cups delicious coconut flavored coffee.  The rich coffee has a distinct flavor of smooth, creamy coconut.  As far as why Crazy Cups named it Coconut Bunny, I’m not exactly sure.  The product description says, “because bunny-flavored coffee would be weird.”  But I believe the “bunny” stands for the extra happy hop in your step it gives you after sipping it!  You can make the “bunny” anything you want it to be.  One thing is for sure, the medium roast coffee is delightfully bursting with a robust natural flavor of coconut.  Close your eyes and let it take you away to the tropics!  The coffee is wonderful hot or cold!

Boozy Tropical Coffee Smoothie!

With the summer heat soon on its way, I thought it would be fun to whip up an icy recipe using Crazy Cups Coconut Bunny.  Now, this is an ADULT BEVERAGE ONLY (no kiddies allowed) that would be great for serving guests during your next backyard BBQ party.   There is a bit of “make you feel even happier” rum blended in it.   With the kick of caffeine from the coffee,  mixed with the rum, you might feel like wanting to hop like a bunny in no time!  The boozy treat is simple to make!  Just place all the ingredients in a blender and ultra blend for 1 minute. Bottoms up!
