Have you found a diet that works for you? I have decided to make 2014 the year of testing out diets! I want to find a diet program this year I can apply to my lifestyle to shed a few pounds (20), be able to stay on it permanently and maintain to keep the weight off once I lose it. Sounds like the perfect plan, right? Well we all know it is not that easy! Everyone’s body is unique and reacts differently, so it takes a bit of experimenting to see which diet works the best for your body type and metabolism.
Creative Bioscience hCG 1234
For the past two weeks I have been trying the Creative Bioscience 1234 Starter Kit containing a 30 day supply of the HCG1234, the RCC1234 (Rapid Colon Cleanse) and EAC1234 (Energy Appetite Control.) The diet is similar to the program I tried last year such as taking 10 drops 3 times per day, 30 minutes before each meal; however the food choices are a bit more restrictive when taking the drops. The drops are made of a blend of ingredients to help promote rapid weight loss while on a 500, 800, or 1200 calorie plan depending upon your weight loss goals and lifestyle. I selected the 1200 calorie diet to start, but if I do not begin seeing fast enough results I will be decreasing it to 800. The calorie intake consists of 3 proteins, 3 veggies, 3 fruits and 1 dairy product servings per day in a 3 meal and 2 snack diet protocol. It is easy to follow and there are great low-calorie recipes to choose from on the Creative Bioscience website. Also, like any diet, drinking the correct amount of water is the essential key to weight loss success.
There are 4 phases to the diet, loading, losing, stabilizing and maintaining. I am in phase 2 and have seen the scale move 5 pounds in two weeks. By no means is the weight melting off, yet I am happy thus far that at least I am seeing some results. For anyone who is interested in knowing, yes I felt hungry during the first week of the diet! I also cheated on my daughter’s birthday and had a piece of ice cream cake to avoid being rude (cough…cough). The food indiscretion could have slowed my weight loss down some and I might have lost a tad more during the two weeks if I would have passed it up. Mistakes happen! Nonetheless, I am back to being a good girl and sticking to the protocol!
As far as the RCC1234, it did nothing for me! It was like I didn’t even take it for the four days! Maybe I am defective? LOL! I am going to try it again this week and I will let you know if anything momentous happens!
Oh, I wanted to mention I am using MyFitnessPal app to keep track of my calorie intake and activity. The free calorie counter is extremely simple to use and makes counting calories a cinch! You have got to give it a try!
I’ll be back in a few weeks to give an update on how the diet is going!
Have you tried the Creative Bioscience hCG 1234 diet? If no, would you be interested in giving it a try? If yes, did it work for you?
