The holiday season is such a hectic time of year I can hardly catch my breath! From baking yummy Christmas cookies, spending hours decking the house out with festive decorations, to what seems like endless gift shopping—the holidays keep me jumping! However, it is a priceless moment when I see the happy smiles on my darling children’s faces! The excitement of watching them unwrap something they wished for, but thought they weren’t going to get, makes the craziness of the holiday shopping season well worth it! With that being said, I know how time consuming and stressing the shopping madness can be!
One way I have found to save some time is by shopping at Target. The large department store is a one-stop-shop for the holiday season. Everything a mom needs to make their home feel Christmassy and warm is under one roof for unbeatable prices. My favorite thing about Target is their Kid’s section, as there is always something for the kiddos (big and small) to enjoy. They offer thousands of toys, including Target Exclusives and hot toys from top national brands—all at great prices—ready to be checked off your child’s Santa wish list.

My family went shopping at Target yesterday and had a blast, especially my son! I have found the best way to save time and know exactly what he wants for Christmas is to let him browse the toys and watch what really gets him energized to play. Then I take him to go look at something else while my husband sneaks the items to the register and places them in the trunk of the car without my son knowing. This stealth mission of covert shopping is a huge time saver once perfected.
Gift Suggestions for Kids
During my Target holiday shopping travels I found fabulous money saving deals on toys! I purchased a bunch of Skylanders toys that were on clearance and saved a mint! Here are a few of my favorite finds that I shared on Instagram.
