Halloween Cupcakes -Betty Crocker Hershey’s New Product Line #myblogspark

betty_crocker_spoonBCHersheyBanner

Betty Crocker just got a whole lot sweeter and delicious!  In collaboration with Hershey, she recently launched a dozen new baking products including cookie mixes, cupcake mixes and frostings made with iconic flavors such as Hershey’s, Reese’s and Almond Joy.

The exciting line offers three new cupcake mixes consisting of Betty Crocker Hershey’s Chocolate, Betty Crocker Hershey’s s’mores, and Betty Crocker Reese’s Peanut Butter & Chocolate. Each flavor is available in a 15.4-oz package with suggested retail price of $2.79.

Also added to the collection of baking products are three brand new cookie mixes that chocolate lovers will love! They are Betty Crocker Hershey’s Chocolate Chunk, Betty Crocker Hershey’s Cookies’n’Creme and Betty Crocker Reese’s Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chunk. The mixes are available in 12.5-oz package for a suggested retail price of $2.59.

To put the finishing touches on the scrumptious line there are now six new premium frostings ready to top off your mouthwatering creation,  including Betty Crocker Hershey’s Milk Chocolate, Special Dark”, Chocolate Caramel; and s’mores and Cookies’n’Creme with sprinkles; and Betty Crocker Peter Paul” Almond Joy”. The frostings come in a 16-ounce tub and have a suggested retail price of $2.59.

The Perfect Duo!

I can’t think of two things that go better together than Betty Crocker and Hershey’s! The partnership just seems like the perfect duo!  From cake pops with special middles, sweet surprise cupcake inventions, to cookie sandwiches—the new line of products are going to be awesome for the holidays!

I whipped up a batch of Betty Crocker Reese’s Peanut Butter & Chocolate cupcakes and turned them into spooky Halloween treats.  Borrowing decorating ideas from FamilyFun Magazine, we made House on Witch Cupcakes and haunted ghostly treats using meringue and candy corn. Check it out!

My son had a blast filling the middles of each cupcake!

Betty Crocker mixes make it so easy and convenient for him and I to be able to whip up something fun and delicious together without all the fuss of having to measure dry ingredients.  The products are wonderful when you want something quick to treat a crowd of hungry mouths.  Plus, with the holidays soon approaching, the new line of products will come in handy for bringing something yummy that is homemade to family gatherings.  Not to mention, you could always grab a few different flavors, bake and decorate, and give out as inexpensive gifts!
