Synopsis:

Thomas the Tank Engine was produced by a father for his son over 65 years ago and today is enjoyed by families in more than 185 regions and in 30 languages. The series is a favorite in our home as well.

In Thomas & Friends: Blue Mountain Mystery-The Movie Paxton has an accident and is in need of urgent repair. Thomas is asked by Fat Controller to take Plaxton’s place at working at the Blue Mountain Quarry. While being a very useful engine, Thomas notices a mysterious little green engine who won’t talk to him. Upon further investigation, Thomas uncovers the clues and finds out the engine’s identity. Luke (the green engine) is hiding, because long ago he did something very bad and he thinks if anyone finds him, he will be sent away from Sodor forever! Will Thomas be able to help his new friend and get to the bottom as to what really happened? Or will Luke be sent away forever! You will have to watch and find out!

The special length movie has the important message to always find out the whole story first before jumping to conclusions. It focuses on friendship and teamwork. The film was one of the best Thomas & Friend’s tales I have seen yet and kept my son’s interest for the entire 61 minutes!
