hmmmm I never thought of buying my dad an MP3 player before today. He is 75 this year and as far as techie forget it. He doesn’t like computers. He complains that my Mother is on Facebook to much. She is 73 and has always been up with technology. My Dad is pretty hip though. At age 65 he went and got his ear pierced and wears a small diamond earring. He was suppose to be taking my Son to get his done and they both came back with matching studs. I’m sure my son talked his PaPa into doing it lol. He loves music and sits on the front lawn to watch traffic and chit chat with neighbors when he gets bored (because she is on the computer lol) and sometimes falls asleep. I bet if I bought him a basic MP3 player with out a lot of button and whistles he would love it. When I use to come home from school I always threw on an album to listen to or a 45 record while doing chores and a few times I came home and caught him listening to my 45 records lol (while he was dancing around the house shhhh lol) . The Rock n Roll Super Hits is a great deal and he likes this kind of music so I’m on to it. Thanks for the great idea Michelle~!
PS I just found MP3’s on sale yesterday at dealextreme.com $5.70 which supports 16GB SD Card which I found 8GB for $6.60 at another site so I ordered three of each to put in my Christmas closet guess one won’t make it to the closet 🙂 Great deal for just over $12 I even have new head phones that I got totally free from 1saleaday. Once I down load the deal on Amazon I will have a total of $18.30.
