FREE Naturally Skinny: 100 Organic Recipes Under 350 Calories eBook – Baked Kale Chips Recipe

naturally skinny

Amazon offers downloads of Samantha Brown’s Naturally Skinny: 100 Organic Recipes Under 350 Calories eBook for Kindle for free.  This book is loaded with mouthwatering original and classic organic recipes that will satisfy your taste buds,  as well as your waistline. The recipes are clearly written with an ingredient list, step-by-step instructions, the number of servings, the calories per serving, the total fat per serving and a witty description that will persuade you to prepare it. Recipes include Cinnamon Scented Quinoa, Strawberry Cheese Omelet, Mediterranean Wraps, Veggie Pizza with a Kick, Garlic Hummus, Crunchy Creamsicle in a Bowl,  Baked Kale Chips, Italian Bulgur Pilaf, Sauteed Lemon Flounder with Garlicky Spinach, and so much more!  I browsed through the book and saw tons of recipes I plan on trying.  One recipe in particular is the Baked Kale Chips.  The crunchy snack is said to be packed with flavor and easy to make. Kale is highly nutritious and is extremely low in calories.  You can eat as many of the chips as you want without feeling guilty and blowing your diet!  Here is the recipe from the eBook.  ENJOY!

Baked Kale Chips Recipe

Ingredients:

2 heads organic curly leaf kale

2 tablespoons organic olive oil

Sea salt, to taste

Directions:

Tear the kale into bite size pieces.  Toss with olive oil and lay on a baking sheet in a single layer.  Bake for 10-5 minutes (doesn’t specify what temperature) until crispy.  Store in an airtight container.

Makes about 4 cups of chips.
