You can prepare these delicious nibbles in advance and serve them to guests at your next social gathering! Just tightly wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap, refrigerate for 4 hours, and slice before serving. The Chipotle Chili seasoning gives the roll-up appetizers an extra mouthwatering spicy- smokey kick!
Chipotle Salsa Roll-Ups
4 oz Neufchatel Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. chunky Salsa (I used Toca Bell’s Thick ‘N Chuncky)
4 six inch tortillas (Spinach or Tomato)
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Chipotle Chili seasoning
Fresh cilantro for garnishing
1. Mix Neufchatel Cheese and salsa until well blended; spread thin layer onto tortillas making sure to cover the whole surface. Top with cheddar cheese.
2. Roll up tortillas tightly. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices.
3. Sprinkle with Chipotle Chili seasoning and garnish with fresh cilantro.
