This is an awful picture of me with my daughter, but I had to put the vanity aside and share the photo anyways! The photo was taken at the NY State Fair on Labor Day and it was one of the most memorable moments of the fair for me. The Sea Lions were so beautiful and sweet. However, you would not even believe the weight of the Seal as she draped her head over mine. It felt like a brick! Usually they just place their noggin slightly over your head, but for some reason she felt like loving me a little extra and rested her full head on mine.
This is the ONLY way I would ever consider wearing real Seal fur! These babies are too precious!

I believe they pose for a few hours and then take a break. There were tons of people getting their picture taken at the fair with the sea lions, but its so quick that it only takes a second for the actual shot. They had 4 sea lions there and switched them every so often.

I was not sure what to expect to see! I can tell yours must be heavy at how you are holding your head. Did you two smell like fish afterwards? I would never consider wearing a seal either… but i wouldn’t mind feeding one or petting one.
