Not all the flavors come in each size and the Peppermint Chocolate is only available in Canada which I would LOVE to try. I was sent the Alpine Milk Chocolate, Milk Chocolate with Whole Almonds, Neapolitan Wafers Chocolate, Chocolate a la Mousse au Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, and Yogurt Chocolate to try. The flavors individually had their own distinct delectable sweetness.

Alpine Milk Chocolate

Made with 100% Alpine milk. Every bite has a mountain of taste!

Alpine Milk Chocolate – The Summit of Chocolate

RITTER SPORT Alpine Milk Chocolate is pure chocolate enjoyment. Not just because of its delicious blend of 100% pure Alpine milk and 30% specially roasted, full-bodied, Ghanaian cocoa. The secret of its fine taste lies in the conching process, producing chocolate and sugar particles smaller than the tongue can taste, that we specially developed for this variety. This is what gives it its smooth caramel and honey flavor. There’s also the creamy sensation of this chocolate, as it slowly melts, piece by piece, on your tongue. This is a taste that can move mountains!

Milk Chocolate with Whole Almonds

Milk chocolate surrounds hand selected, whole California almonds to provide a freshly roasted satisfying crunch.

Milk Chocolate with Whole Almonds – A “Nut” So Subtle Affair

Milk Chocolate with Whole Almonds have been making a commotion since 1983. The reason for this is 23% crunchy roasted Californian almonds embedded in 77% chocolate. They’re just waiting around to please somebody’s palate. After ripening beneath the Californian sun, RITTER SPORT’S almonds are carefully selected and left in their almond skin. This is just part of the process of perfecting our Whole Almonds’ taste experience, enhancing the almonds’ full flavor during the roasting process. Later, the almonds combine with the smooth, rich taste of West African cocoa, as well as fine cocoas from Papua New Guinea and Madagascar. The result is that each square of RITTER SPORT Whole Almonds becomes an unmistakable piece of chocolate pleasure.

Neapolitan Wafers Chocolate

Hazelnut cream sandwiched between three crisp wafers, surrounded by the finest nougat and enrobed in RITTER SPORT’s classic whole milk chocolate. Sophisticated with a playful bite!

Milk Chocolate with Neapolitan Wafers – Oh Cocoa Mio

Casanova is facing a little competition from his compatriot: RITTER SPORT’s Milk Chocolate with Neapolitan Wafers. Why is everyone so smitten with Milk Chocolate with Neapolitan wafers? Because of our classic whole milk chocolate, filled with creamy, delicious, finest quality nougat and classic Neapolitan Wafers. Milk Chocolate with Neapolitan Wafers is a true seducer in its own right. It includes three light layers of wafers combined with two layers of delicious chocolate hazelnut cream. The crispy wafers, with their subtle nut aroma, are embedded in finest quality nougat. Surrounded by our classic whole milk chocolate, which we refine with two of the finest cocoa varieties from Madagascar and Papua New Guinea, it becomes a truly irresistible chocolate enjoyment.

Who knows, maybe the RITTER SPORT Milk Chocolate with Neapolitan Wafers will turn you into the greatest chocolate lover of all time.

This is the newest addition to the Ritter Sport Chocolate collection and my daughters favorite. The crispy texture was pleasing with the right amount of nougat. Very good!

Chocolate a la Mousse au Chocolate

Dark chocolate filled with delicious cream a la Mousse au Chocolat. Tres chic!

Dark Chocolate a la Mousse au Chocolate – a mousse for every chocolate lover

Dark Chocolate a la Mousse au Chocolat has been combining French bonne bouche with fine German chocolate tradition since 2005. It is no wonder then that the outcome is irresistible. This formidable ensemble is the result of combining 60% dark chocolate with 40% delicate Creme a la Mousse au Chocolat. Its bittersweet crunchy shell provides the perfect contrast to its rich chocolate cream. This, in turn, is rounded off with milk and nuts. The best thing to do is to simply close your eyes and a la Mousse au Chocolat. Bon appetit!

I liked the rich taste of the Dark Chocolate with a la Mousse au Chocolate the best. The dark chocolate had a nice sharp savoriness and the cream filling just melted away! A true confectionery work of art! YUMMY!

Dark Chocolate

The finest cocoa from Papua New Guinea for a rich chocolate flavor. A sweet experience every time!

Dark Chocolate – Truly Delicious

RITTER SPORT Dark Chocolate is a genuine fifties phenomenon. This chocolate, which contains at least 50% cocoa, has been around since exactly 1950. The best fine cocoas from Papua New Guinea, choice beans from Madagascar and full-bodied cocoa from West Africa results in a dark chocolate blend that is 100% first-class. Fruity, full-bodied, rich cocoa flavors combine with a mild, spicy note to become a full, fine and bittersweet chocolate. It’s a real favorite, which you will happily eat twice as much of.

Yogurt Chocolate

Creamy, refreshing yogurt surrounded by RITTER SPORT’s classic milk chocolate. Like they say, opposites do attract!

Milk Chocolate with Yogurt – Why spoon when you can snap?

Our RITTER SPORT Milk Chocolate with Yogurt was no crazy invention of the wild 70s, but an ingenious chocolate idea that has conquered the world from its base in Germany. Since then its 45% skimmed milk yogurt cream has contributed a whole load of freshness to 55% milk chocolate. The stimulating taste experience of soft, tangy yogurt cream combined with crunchy, lightly sweet milk chocolate is perhaps the best proof that opposites really do attract. By the way, the skimmed milk yogurt that we use to make the cream filling contains live yogurt cultures. Anyone who lets it smoothly melt on the tongue, experiences how rich cocoa flavors round off the creamy yogurt.

Yet another good idea: Milk Chocolate with Yogurt is also available as a RITTER SPORT Mini Chocolate.

This was my second favorite. The nice blend of chocolate and tangy yogurt was perfect. Surprisingly, it wasn’t to sweet and had a unique flavor compared to the other chocolate bars I tried. Excellent!

In my opinion, the Ritter’s Sport Chocolate is extraordinary. I like how you can snap of a piece and enjoy. The ONLY downfall for me is the calories involved!

About Ritter Sport Chocolate

Each family has its own traditions. The Ritter family has been keeping a sweet secret for almost a hundred years: the recipe for making great chocolate. What started in 1912 as a small family company with Alfred Ritter and wife Clara at the helm, has developed into an internationally-successful business. RITTER SPORT is now sold in 80 countries and its success story continues to be written by the family’s third generation, Alfred T. Ritter and sister Marli Hoppe-Ritter. RITTER SPORT is not just a family business that has grown over the years into a large company. RITTER SPORT is, above all, a large company that has remained a family. This is felt by the 800 employees in Waldenbuch and by its many customers worldwide. This is because the RITTER family uses its own name to vouch for the quality of each bar of chocolate that leaves its premises. Guaranteed.
