Clear Remedy Acne Treatment

new-image

Over two weeks ago I was contacted by iQ Derma, the makers of Clear Remedy Acne Treatment, and asked if I would be interested in sampling their acne solution and sharing my experience with my readers.  I have the occasional breakout which comes and goes quickly so I was not sure I would be the best individual to check out the acne treatment.  My daughter is already experiencing acne across her forehead,  around the nose, and cheeks.  She asked me if she could try Clear  Remedy to see if it would clear up  the existing acne and stop further blemishes.   I want to  spare my daughter from the  negative self esteem acne can cause and the possible scaring it leaves behind.  I agreed to let her try a 60 day supply of Clear Remedy to see if it could help her skin.

What exactly is Clear Remedy?

Clear Remedy is 3 step acne regimen consisting of a  purifying cleanser, acne treatment, and hydrating lotion.  The simple system is  clinically proven to fight existing acne, heal it quickly, and prevent further breakouts.  The safe and effective multi-patented ingredients are gentle on the skin and can be used daily without causing excessive drying or irritation.

Step 1 The Purifying Cleanser

cleanser

The Purifying Cleanser washes away oil, dirt, and impurities.  The special blend of fruit acids gently exfoliate the skin’s surface while the antioxidant-rich plant extracts sooth, refresh stressed skin, and protect it from the damaging effects of free radicals.  The hydrating formula improves the skin texture and gives it a healthier looking appearance.

Directions

Apply a dime-sized amount to damp skin morning and evening. Lather and rinse.

Ingredients:

Water, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamidopropylamine Oxide, Glycerin, Polyquaternium-10, Butylene Glycol, Di-PPG-2 Myreth-10 Adipate, Vaccinium Myrtillus Fruit Extract, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Acer Saccharum (Sugar Maple) Extract, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane) Extract, Panthenol, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Hydrolized Algin, Sea Water, Chlorella Vulgaris Extract, Citric Acid, Fragrance, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Disodium EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone.

Step 2 Acne Treatment Lotion

lotion

The Acne Treatment Lotion powerfully combats and treats the most persistent acne.  The formula contains 2% Salicylic  Acid,  Farnesol, Flavenger Complex, Phytic Acid, and iQ 101 an exclusive acne-clearing complex with a multi-patented ingredient.  The ingredients work together to reduce excess oil and shine, unclog pores, and fight acne causing bacteria.

Directions:

Apply two pumps twice daily to clean, dry skin. Gently blend into skin.

Active Ingredients:

Salicylic Acid 2%.
Inactive Ingredients:

Water, PPG-14 Butyl Ether, Cyclopentasiloxane, Pentylene Glycol, PEG-40 Stearate, Glycerin, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate, Phytosphingosine, Phosphatidylserine, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Seed Extract, Squalane, Epilobium Angustifolium Extract, Azeliac Acid, Phytic Acid, Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, Atelocollagen, Ceramide 2, Quercetin Caprylate, Farnesol, Silica Dimethyl Silylate, Glyceryl Oleate, Lecithin, Polysorbate 60, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Cholesterol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Disodium EDTA, Dehydroacetic Acid, Benzoic Acid, Benzethonium Chloride.

Step 3 Hydrating Lotion

hydrating-lotion

The Hydrating Lotion provides intense moisure to boost the skin’s  hydration level.  Willowherb Extract soothes and calms stressed skin while the BioCalm Complex helps even the skin tone, and the ClariPlex Technology brightens, clarifies, and reduces post blemish discoloration.  The result is a more radient, clear, and  healthy-looking complexion.

Directions:

Apply liberally to clean, dry skin morning and evening after Clear Remedy Acne Treatment.

Ingredients:

Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, PPG-3 Benzyl Ether Myristate, Saccharide Isomerate, Butylene Glycol, Dimethicone/Divinylimethicone/Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer, Cetearyl Alcohol, Squalane, Allantoin, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Urea, Sodium PCA, Epilobium Angustifolium Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Extract, Ceramide 2, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, Bisabolol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Trehalose, Triacetin, Tropolone, Ubiquinone, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Seed Extract, Glycerin, Polyquaternium-51, Sodium Hydroxide, Laureth-12, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Dicetyl Phosphate, Polysorbate 60, Fragrance.

Acne Spot Treatment Lotion

spot

My daughter is also using the iQ Derma Clear Remedy Acne Spot Treatment Lotion to zero in on the stubborn pimples.  It contains 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide so she is applying it sparingly to avoid any possible drying or pealing.

Directions:

Cleanse skin and apply a thin layer to affected areas 1 to 3 times daily or as needed.

Ingredients:

Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Allyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Epilobium Angustifolium Extract, Nordihydroguaiaretic Acid, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Vaccinium Myrtillus Extract, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane) Extract, Acer Saccharum (Sugar Maple) Extract, Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Squalane, Oleanolic Acid, Xanthan Gum, Polysorbate 60, PEG-60 Almond Glycerides, Carbomer, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, Disodium EDTA, Dehydroacetic Acid, Benzethonium Chloride.

Two Week Results

Kylie used all four products for slightly over two weeks.  She’s already seen a noticeable  improvement on the existing blemishes and a reduction in the amount of new pimples.  I asked her how her skin felt,  and she said it absolutely feels much cleaner.  She plans on continuing to use Clear Remedy,  so I will post another update in  14 days.
