This month we are celebrating the flavor of bananas with Crazy Cups Bananas Foster Flambé Flavored Coffee Single Serve Cups! The medium roast coffee has a distinct delicious flavor and aroma of sweet caramelized bananas in dark rum, brown sugar and cinnamon topped with vanilla ice cream. It’s absolutely delicious!

Have you ever tried making Bananas Foster Flambé? I did over the weekend and it was very straightforward and yet, a little bit hair-raising! I used Alton Brown’s Bananas Foster recipe and it came out scrumptious! However, lighting the rum on fire…if you are not careful in your technique… be prepared to singe an eyebrow. I’m leaving the “flambé” part next time to the pros! My suggestion is save the trouble along with the kitchen fire, and drink the Crazy Cups Bananas Foster Flambé flavored coffee instead. You get the entire desired flavor without the hazards and calories!
