New Focus For 2012 At Ahappyhippymom- Weight Loss Management

Do I have any readers who struggle with their weight?  When I was in my 20’s and early 30’s I weighed about 106 lbs.  I was able to eat anything I desired without needing to workout like a maniac and still managed to maintain my size.   Now that I’m in my 40’s,  I’m continuously battling the spare tire and 20lbs  heavier than I’d like to be.  I’ve got to watch every little thing I take in or the pounds pack on and getting them off is much more challenging than the year before.

Back in September 2010 I joined the Total Gym Challenge and lost 12 pounds in  roughly 8 weeks.  However, I was exercising extensively twice a day.  To be honest, I’m not sure I have the energy to go back on that kind of routine.  I need to boost my metabolism with eating the correct foods, ditch the processed junk, and increase my physical activity to a level I can withstand.

This year I’m planning to modify the emphasis of my website a tad and investigate the keys of losing weight and physical fitness.  You will find hundreds, if not thousands, of methods to shed weight.  On the other hand, which diet programs really have  long-term success rates and are not only hype and cash suckers?  I would personally be interested in learning what diet  has proved helpful for you or which approach was a tremendous waste of your time and money.  I realize that everyone’s body is unique and the things that work for one may not for another.  With that in mind, in the event you remained on a weight loss program without faltering from the plan,  there ought to have been some good results and decrease in body weight while following it.  No matter what transpired —I would like to know!
