EA SPORTS Active
Have you ever seen the EA SPORTS Active interactive fitness program? It was developed in collaboration with fitness expert Bob Greene (Oprah’s personal trainer), and is a way to encourage fun physical activity plus healthy living with an easy to maintain regimen. I wanted to try the 30 Day Challenge which is 20 minute workouts tailored to your level of fitness. The workouts change and increase in intensity as you progress and the program keeps track of the calories burned. Being that summer is only a few months away, I want to lose 10 pounds so I don’t feel so self conscious about wearing my shorts and tankini. I have a very hard time committing myself to an exercise routine and need something that is fun to help me achieve the weight loss while strengthening my body. The A SPORTS Active looks like a good start for me and would keep my interest. Plus, my daughter wants to try it too and this is something we can do together.
