FlavorSplash Wild Berry Smoothie Recipe

1 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

6oz Blueberry Non-Fat Yogurt

4 0z Aquafina FlavorSplash Wild Berry

Toss all ingredients in blender and mix on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

    I ride my bike religiously: it’s my main method of socialization, exercise, and transportation. Basically, I love cycling. also, I drink mostly water and gave up red meat for the year, though I am considering becoming a vegetarian so I’ll have to see how dedicated I am to the idea.

    I’ve commandeered my kids Wii and have a morning Wii Fit routine that really works for me. No pricey gym fees, I can work out in ‘old clothes’ and it fits in the time where I usually sat passively watching the Today show.
