Thomas Bagel Thins Guilt Free Chicken Ranch Pizza Recipe

A simple low fat, low calorie Chicken Ranch pizza recipe using Thomas Bagel Thins for crust.

Ingredients
  

  • Recipe makes 4 small personal pizzas. Don’t eat them all! Share them with a friend!
  • 2 Thomas 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thins split into 4
  • 6 oz chicken breast
  • 8 tbsp Fat Free Ranch Dressing
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • Half of a small red onion sliced
  • 1 roasted red pepper packed in water sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil healthy serving of fat
  • 1 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled fat free Feta cheese
  • 4 fresh leaves of basil chopped
  • Dash of Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In small pan add olive oil and sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic until soft. Add salt and pepper.
  • Spread 2 tbsp of fat free ranch dressing on each half of Thomas 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thins.
  • Top each with an equal amount of chicken breast, sautéed vegetables, red pepper, cheese, and basil.
  • Bake on an ungreased sheet for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
