$50 Safeway GC and Fiber One Yogurt Giveaway

Have you tried Fiber One Yogurt? Best-selling author and food expert Lisa Lillien, AKA Hungry Girl, has and given the yogurt her “seal of approval!” Fiber One is only 50 calories but contains 5 grams of fiber (20 percent of the Recommended Daily Value) and zero grams of fat so dieters can enjoy the great satisfying taste without any of the guilt! The yogurt is also a good source of calcium and vitamins A and D too. Fiber One is available in a variety of yummy flavors including Vanilla, Key Lime Pie, Strawberry, and Peach.

I have not tried all the flavors, but I did try the Key Lime Pie and enjoyed the creamy texture plus refreshing taste. However, I do wish the yogurt did not include aspartame and the company used a healthier choice of low cal sweetener such as stevia or sucralose. Besides that, I found the Fiber One yogurt to be absolutely delicious and a fantastic snack!
