St. Eve Kids Pink Cozy Giveaway – Wrap Your Little Sweetie In Warmth For Valentines Day!

A few weeks back I participated in a Twittermoms and Drama U contest and I had to list tips plus tricks to getting your child to bed on time.  In return I was sent a beautiful pink St. Eve Kids Cozy and an additionally  Cozy to give away to a lucky reader.

You might be asking what exactly is a Cozy?  A Cozy is long snuggly plush blanket that has sleeves so your child can sit back and relax in warmth.  The St. Eve Kids Cozys come in one size and is recommended to  fit most girls ages 6 through 9, but my daughter who is almost 13 is still able to wear it with no problems.  The Cozy is very roomy and can easily be worn over pajamas and it is much softer than her other sleeved blankets.   She enjoys cuddling up with the luxuriously comfy wearable blanket and a good book.

    Our plans for Valentine’s Day:

    Friday night, our church is offering childcare. So our daughter will be going there, while my husband and I go to dinner. Then, the actual day of Valentine’s (Sunday), all the families in our Sunday School class are getting together to let the kids make Valentine’s cards, while we adults make Valentine’s fruit baskets for seniors.

    We don’t normally do anything on Valentines day. It’s not worth the hustle and bustle of trying to eat in a crowded restaurant. And we don’t usually do gifts either. I tell my hubby that if he really wants to buy me flowers, wait a couple days and get them for a quarter of the price!

    Hubbie is away in Haiti and probably won’t be back, so I’m planning a Valentine’s Day party for the kids. I’ll invite some of their friends and we’ll make Valentine’s for their parents and our elderly neighbor, plus play games and have treats, of course. Then we’ll deliver the cards. I think it will be fun and it will give the kids something to look forward to while Dad’s away.

    My kids love to have a chocolate fondue for Valentine’s Day. Also we start the morning off with a visit from the Love Bug who magically brings the kids a little candy at their bedroom doors.
