Do You Have A Broken Brain?
“Are you depressed, feel down and don’t have the desire to do anything?

“Do you find it next to impossible to focus and concentrate on tasks?

“Do you find it hard to remember people’s names or where you left your keys?”

“Do you find yourself getting anxious, worried and stressed out
frequently?

“Does it seem like you have a foggy mind, not seeing the world clearly?”

If you can answer yes to any of these questions you may need Dr. Hyman’s simple 6 week program. He helps show you how to mend your “broken brain” and lead you on the path to an UltraMind.

I have the good fortune to be able to give one of my readers a copy of The UltraMind Solution! The book is a fantastic read and packed full of alternative methods to assist you in sharpening your memory, obtaining calmness, and gaining a focused “happy brain.”

You can read my book review here.

brain fog, depression, anxiety, memory loss….I have them all and as usual the anti depressants work a little for a little while. This book sounds amazing. I can’t afford it or I’d buy it immediatly. Social Security doesn’t allow for any extras. They don’t really give enough for necessities!

Thanks for the chance to win this!

SCARY!!!!! Though you’ve never met me, you’ve described me to a T. I definitely could use this. As a matter of fact, it has become a running joke as to where I left my phone because I can never remember.

I seem to be living in a brain fog frequently, and feel depressed through the “icky” and dark days of the winter here in the north, oh how I (and my family) would love for me to be in a better place. I would love to have more motivation to accomplish the things that I should. thanks for offering this.

This book looks great! Usually I'm still pretty "with it", but I definitely have (more & more) moments of forgetfulness or when I'm really not paying attention to much of anything at all. My grandmother had alzheimers and recently passed away, and I'd love to do whatever I can to keep my mind as healthy as it can be!

I am SO glad I landed here. I have had brain fog off and on for years. It gets so bad at times, I shouldn’t drive. I feel that it is a disability. When I don’t have it, I’m sharp, but when I do I am worthless.Memory loss, that’s me too – doctors can find nothing wrong. I also think my youngest is in the spectrum – I have taken him gluten-free with some good results, but we have a long way to go. This book drew me here like a beacon. Wish me luck & hope you’ll stop in @ Wishing penny :)
